Avaya, a business communications software, systems and services company, will host the third Asia Pacific edition of its annual Avaya Technology Forum (ATF) in Bangkok, Thailand. The three-day event, from February 24 to 26, will bring together Avaya executives, business and technology leaders, and channel partners to discuss and facilitate strategies that help drive digital transformation in the region against the backdrop of industry analyst firm IDC's prediction that 60% of APAC’s top 1,000 enterprises will make digital transformation central to their corporate strategy by the end of 2017.
The ATF will feature keynote presentations from Avaya’s global leadership team, industry experts, and key technology partners. Avaya will share its vision of the endless possibilities of smart applications, all of which can be customised to suit any sector or industry’s specific needs, through the Avaya Engagement Development Platform, and showcase solutions that enable businesses to improve operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction and drive greater competitive differentiation. Avaya will showcase the future of industries including banking, healthcare and hospitality by demonstrating smart industry applications and Internet of Things (IoT) concepts.
