MCI finds fake printer cartridges in Riyadh

The Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MCI) in KSA has raided a warehouse at a computer complex in Riyadh and seized 19.100 fake printer toner cartridges valued at SR 1,300,000.

The products included 4,500 cartons of counterfeit toner bearing famous trademarks, 4,100 counterfeit toner cartridges ready for sale, 1,300 empty cartridges, 4,000 bags for packaging, as well as assorted items for cartridges and branding.

The raid occurred as part of regular MCI inspection and control tours on warehouses at commercial institutions to verify regular operations, ensure the safety of protects, and protect consumers.
