SmartComm World expands to Myanmar

SmartComm World has opened a new office in Yangon, Myanmar. Leveraging on the latest developments in mobile payment, Blockchain, data analytics and cloud hosting, the company creates smart cloud solutions.

The new office is part of the company's mission to provide cost-effective cloud solutions that address manpower, language gaps, efficiency, and encourage the employment of the disabled workforce.

SmartComm World says that Myanmar has seen new China-related offices and the number of Chinese tourists increasing in the past two years, heralding more revenue from China in future. The company will work with local government agencies to help create a smart city for tourism and develop the local food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality industries to prepare for the coming wave.

In Asia Pacific, Smartcomm World is currently operating in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia. The company also has Norway, Canada, UK and US offices.
