Microsoft Dynamics streamlines operations for Team A Ventures

Systems Limited has completed a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP implementation for Team A Ventures (TAV), a company representing leading international high street brands in Pakistan. The project included an enterprise portal, point of sales, and a handheld application (SYSCAN) for TAV's staff in their warehouse and stores across Pakistan, and was completed in eight months.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP streamlined TAV's retail operations and automated all key operations. Financials, supply chain, retail headquarters, and store operations were integrated, increasing collaboration and operational efficiency at TAV's headquarters and at their stores. 

Dynamics AX 2012 enabled the seamless sharing of information between ERP, supply chain management and Retail business intelligence systems to accelerate the time to market, to make accurate forecasts and well-informed decisions.
