Gartner names IO a visionary in Magic Quadrant for DCIM tools

IO, a provider of software-defined data centre technology, services, and solutions, has been named a Visionary by Gartner in the first-ever Magic Quadrant for data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) tools*. Companies in the Magic Quadrant are positioned for completeness of vision and ability to execute.

We believe IO’s placement in this Magic Quadrant acknowledges our partnership with our customers and their contribution to the development of DCIM capability built on the IO.OS core services,” said Bill Slessman, President of IO Technology.

According to Gartner, there is a strong need for guidance in the vendor selection process with maturity of the DCIM market, and an evolving provider landscape.
