Krux boosts data science team

Krux, which provides cloud-based data management, has announced the appointment of data science expert Yacov Salomon to its growing Asia Pacific team.

Based out of Sydney, Salomon will take on a global data science role for Krux. Salomon has led data science teams at both BigCommerce, an e-commerce firm that has a presence in the US and Australia and Brandscreen, an Australian media trading desk firm that came out of administration earlier this year, following the award of a Ph.D in Mathematics from the University of Melbourne.

Krux established an Australian presence earlier this year, and includes News Corp Australia, Network Ten, Carsales, the REA Group and Cyber Communications of Japan (CCI) as customers.
