Frost & Sullivan recognises Jebsen & Jessen Communications for fourth year running

Jebsen & Jessen Communications (JJC) was awarded the ASEAN Unified Communications System Integrator of the Year and ASEAN Contact Centre Applications System Integrator of the Year at the Frost & Sullivan 2014 Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards.

"Jebsen & Jessen Communications has relied on local expertise to expand into emerging markets such as Myanmar and Vietnam," Harsh Upadhyay, Industry Analyst, ICT Practice, Asia Pacific, Frost & Sullivan said. "Its attention to customised service, applications and quality consultation continues to be a key differentiator for the company."

"It is a privilege to be recognised in the enterprise market by customers and vendors alike these four years running," Harold Thng, Regional Managing Director of JJC, said. "This reaffirms that we are progressing in the right direction and providing services that meet the business objectives of our clients."

Enterprise market needs have changed over the years, Thng observed. "Over the past decade, the implementation of technology is dominantly vendor-led," Thng said. "Customers are left to determine for themselves how the technology introduced will best profit their business.

"Today, the roles are reversed. Customers are clearer of what various technologies can do for them. JJC recognises this and has shifted the focus to addressing customers' specific needs and expectations."

With the Asia Pacific contact centre market alone projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 7.1% till 2019, the company said, the enterprise market presents tremendous potential for development.

The Frost & Sullivan 2014 Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards is in its fourth year, and recognises companies that have implemented best practices in their industry and demonstrated exceptional performance in leadership, innovation and product and service development.
