Tata Consultancy Services, which provides IT services, consulting and business solutions, has been named the leading Global Service Provider of Engineering Services among vendors headquartered in India, by the ARC Advisory Group in its recently released report, Engineering Services by Global Service Providers in India: Market Analysis and Forecast through 2018. ARC Advisory Group also ranked TCS as a Leader in these service offerings in the Middle East geography among others.
The report ranked TCS based on its overall score relative to ARC's assessment on market share and revenue of service providers across all geographies. Furthermore, TCS was also positioned as an engineering services 'Leader' in the automotive, energy, retail, industrial manufacturing, and hi-tech industries.
