Kofax TotalAgility 7.2 now offers digital transaction management (DTM) capabilities to eliminate traditional paper based processes. While a bank might require paper based documents to be sent to a central location where each page of a document is manually scanned, inspected and validated, Kofax TotalAgility 7.2 supports scanning from different locations, after which the content is automatically extracted and validated to speed processing in a compliant and efficient manner. Documents can even be electronically signed and returned, automating document processes like mortgage applications, approvals and acceptances in a completely digital manner.
“Digital transaction management is a new category of business application that is focused on helping enterprises manage their transactions in a fully digital manner,” said Jim Lundy, CEO, Aragon Research. “It isn’t a matter of ‘if’ enterprises will go digital, it is when. Harnessing DTM as an approach to manage internal and external transactions is what is needed.”*
Key highlights of Kofax TotalAgility 7.2 include:
• Electronic signature integration
• Customer communications management
• Improved mobile experience
• Analytics for process effectiveness
• Policy based document management
