Panasonic recently opened its first integrated showroom and service centre in Phnom Penh to showcase both B2B and B2C solutions, provide hands-on experiences and offer customer care. The showroom's strategic location aims to make the brand more accessible to its Cambodian consumers and partners.
B2B solutions including the latest technology designed for the retail, security, hotel, office, eco and solar sectors will be exhibited alongside B2C solutions like home and kitchen appliances, beauty products, TVs, audio-visual products and cameras. Customers visiting the showroom will get to experience products and appliances first-hand with the assistance of product demonstrators at various sections, including the Panasonic Cooking and Panasonic Beauty corners. To further enhance the customer experience, the showroom incorporates a service centre that will provide after-sales support services.
Beyond selling appliances, the company is focused on supporting infrastructure development through solutions for convenience stores, hotels and retail. With a network of local engineering channel partners, Panasonic is capable of tailoring solutions to meet unique requirements across different sectors like housing, hotels, office or retail.
A dedicated service centre is scheduled to open in Siem Reap by June 2015.
“Through the opening of the new integrated showroom, we will be able to better demonstrate Panasonic technological capabilities and vigour in providing relevant and valuable solutions to local consumers and businesses. We hope that this will further help us capitalise Cambodia’s strong economic growth and contribute to Panasonic’s global sales target of 10 trillion yen by the end of fiscal year 2018, the company’s 100th year of founding,” said Hidehiko Kondo, Chief Representative, Panasonic Asia Pacific Cambodia Office.
To date, Panasonic Asia Pacific and its group companies have opened four showrooms in Myanmar, Indonesia and Cambodia in the first half of 2015. The showrooms in Yangon and Mandalay, Myanmar and Phnom Penh, Cambodia showcase the company’s full range of B2C and B2B offerings and are integrated with service centres. The Panasonic Business Showroom in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a dedicated B2B showroom targeted at government and business partners.
