Apple has announced that the Apple Watch will be available in additional countries including Singapore, Korea, and Taiwan beginning June 26 from the Apple Online Store, Apple’s retail stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers. In Asia Pacific, Apple Watch is already available in Australia, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Japan.

“The response to Apple Watch has surpassed our expectations in every way, and we are thrilled to bring it to more customers around the world,” said Jeff Williams, Apple’s Senior VP of Operations. “We’re also making great progress with the backlog of Apple Watch orders, and we thank our customers for their patience.”

Apple Watch is available in three collections, and is priced from US$349 to above US$10,000. It is a timepiece, a communication device as well as a health and fitness companion. Apps for the Apple Watch allow wearers to keep track of a Singapore Airlines flight, stay in touch in South Korea with KakaoTalk, and find the nearest YouBike station in Taiwan.
