Ratmir Timashev, founder of Veeam Software, a software provider of solutions that deliver Availability for the Modern Data Centre, has made a name for the company by including capabilities in Veeam’s software that others sell as expensive, separate components, and through aligning with players such as EMC and NetApp. The business model has led to 29 consecutive quarters of revenue growth.
Timashev was in Singapore to officiate the opening of the new office in Singapore, which he sees as a key gateway to the region, as well as to introduce Julian Quinn, VP for Asia and Japan.
