ALCATEL ONETOUCH, a smartphone brand, has added 4G Car WiFI and the WiFi Music Box to its connected products portfolio at IFA 2015. 4G Car WiFi enables rapid Internet access in a vehicle, while the WiFi Music Box, allows users to control their home's sound system from a smartphone or tablet.

"Our consumers require wireless connectivity wherever they go," says Vittorio Di Mauro, General Manager of Smart Connectivity, ALCATEL ONETOUCH. "With these two new products, our consumers are able to be Internet-connected in the car and to control multiple stereo speakers throughout the home with a single device."

The 4G Car WiFi is 100% compatible with all car models, and works through the car's cigarette lighter port. The device connects up to 15 devices wirelessly, and will also charge devices which are powered through a USB port. A dedicated application, compatible with Android and iOS, allows users to control and update 4G Car WiFi remotely.

The new WiFi Music Box lets control the speakers at home with a single smartphone or tablet through their Wi-Fi network. Users can choose local or online music, playing their lineup in one room or in multiple rooms at once. WiFi Music Box is compatible with the most popular music streaming services and with all Qualcomm AllPlay devices.
