InfiniteCare Technology Solutions adopts Avaya team engagement tools

Avaya, the business communications software, systems and services provider, today announced that its team engagement solutions have been deployed by InfiniteCare Technology Solutions (ITS), a premium information and communications technology service provider in the Philippines.

The organisation leveraged Avaya Engagement Solutions to improve business mobility, increase sales and reduce costs with a robust networking infrastructure.

In its pursuit to be the leading systems integrator in ICT, ITS needed a robust and scalable network infrastructure that could support its rapid expansion across its seven offices in the Philippines. It chose the Avaya IP Office Platform, which enables continuous delivery of client support services.

Deployed in tandem with Avaya IP Deskphones, ITS enjoyed substantial savings in terms of time and effort spent on internal communications and cross-office travel.

In addition to the Avaya IP Office solution, ITS also built a robust network infrastructure with Avaya Networking Solutions. The Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch 3500 connects and powers end-user devices throughout the office, simplifying provisioning and integration for “plug and play” Avaya IP Deskphones. This meant that ITS could quickly provide mobility and agility in response to growing customer demands.
