Trend Micro receives Security Innovation of the Year 2015 by the Cloud Security Alliance

Trend Micro, a global security software and solutions provider, has been awarded Security Innovation of Year 2015 by Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) APAC, which recognises the best in the technology industry and rewards the leading organisations for innovation and performance in the cloud sector. Trend Micro was ranked top on the merits of its approach to cloud security.

Continuous and customer-centric innovation has led to Trend Micro’s launch of Deep Security, which won the Best Cloud Security Solution at the Cloud Asia Forum. The company is also known for Instant-On Cloud Security for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, VMWare vCloud Air and other cloud providers, along with new solutions spanning across mobile device management, mobile app reputation technology, data encryption, advanced threat detection and protection, and optimised security for virtualisation and cloud environments.

Trend Micro’s innovation focus is also reflected in its business strategies. Trend Micro recently inked a global agreement to expand its strategic alliance with VMware, and integrated Deep Security into the Microsoft Azure Security Center.
