At CommunicAsia2016 in Singapore, Huawei debuted Cloud Communication, an end-to-end communications solution for personal, home, enterprise and vertical use that will help operators implement network evolution, service innovation, and business model transformation.

Wang Songtao, Vice President of Huawei Cloud Core Network Product Line, said, "Communications in the ICT field has always been a focus of the Huawei Cloud Core Network. We are committed to enriching life through communications. Cloud Communication aims to construct an open communication platform and a sustainable industry ecosystem while providing communication solutions to personal, home, enterprises, and verticals, facilitating ICT transformation."

Huawei Cloud Communication is a V2oLTE (Voice and Voice over LTE) solution that provides HD services to individuals to improve the personal communication experience and paves the way to a genuine All-IP network. By bringing message, voice, video, conference, and collaborative communication capabilities as well as user data to different applications, operators can improve enterprise efficiency and service innovation.

The enterprise communication solution provides a unified architecture and management system and works with private, public and hybrid clouds. It helps enterprises build their own communication and collaboration platforms as needed. In addition, Huawei provides a variety of terminals to meet requirements for different scenarios such as meeting rooms, office desktops, SOHO, and business trips.

Huawei Cloud Communication supports HD voice, HD video, and rich media communication. Cloud video capabilities help operators introduce new video services such as video calls, recordings, encryption, and analysis. Large-screen video communication for families and verticals, telemedicine, remote education, and customer services for example, is supported. The solution can also be extended through application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs). Time to market (TTM) for VoLTE services can be shortened to under six months.
