Matthew Gharegozlou, VP of Asia Pacific and Japan, Progress, said that new Directors have been hired for the Australia-New Zealand region and for India, and that the channel is being expanded with digital agencies, system integrators, and independent software vendors (ISVs) to help customers transform effectively.
In the Philippines, more companies are now willing to spend on IT, driving Progress' channel recruitment, Benjamin Wong, MD, Asia for Progress shared. In Indonesia, Progress is focusing on government agencies and helping them with content management, and looking for application developers as partners.
New operations are to be launched in Korea and in Japan in August, with dedicated individuals from Progress, Gharegozlou added.
Progress has about 10,000 customers in Asia Pacific.
