Cloud based response specialist xMatters is focused on healthcare and financial companies in Southeast Asia this year, according to Luke Ku, Manager at Singapore-based channel partner Sin-Yun.
Ku explained that the company's cloud platform, which facilitates the resolution of incidents such as service disruptions and technical
issues that interrupt daily operations, is ideal for organisations which are required to comply with government or industrial regulations on incident reporting. Singapore's MAS requires financial companies to report selected incidents within an hour, for example.
Sin-Yun was appointed as a xMatters partner last year.
