Al Habtoor Motors enhances omnichannel personalisation with Manthan

Manthan, a big data and analytics solutions provider, has tied up with Al Habtoor Motors, a leading automobile distributor in the Middle East, to build a strong omnichannel personalisation platform for enhanced customer experience.

Al Habtoor Motors, part of the Al Habtoor Group, has a strong footprint in the region with a diverse portfolio ranging from high-end luxury automobiles to passenger and commercial vehicles. It is synonymous with global brands including Bentley, McLaren, Bugatti and Mitsubishi.

Al Habtoor will use Manthan TargetOne, a cloud-based solution, to leverage analytics-driven contextual personalisation, as well as deliver increased purchases, loyalty and enhanced customer relationship.
With TargetOne, businesses can now gain a real-time view of campaign performance through a central hub, micro-segment, and utilise machine learning-based recommendation engines to personalise promotions. A unique Vehicle Personalization feature will also provide an additional edge to the business.
