Gary Tay appointed Director for Tripleplay Asia

Tripleplay has appointed Gary Tay as the head of its Asian business, based in Singapore, where Tripleplay has its regional headquarters.

Tay joins the developer of digital signage, IP TV and video streaming solutions after 18 years with Extron team in Asia, most recently as Consultant Liaison Manager. He is also a Certified Technology Specialist. 

Tay said, “As we witness the market trend of audiovisual/information technology (AV/IT) convergence, we should also consider embracing system solutions around IP or cloud platforms. Therefore, I see that the cutting-edge software technology developed by Tripleplay has continued to embrace integration with network infrastructure to provide a single platform solution for digital signage, IP TV, (and) video on demand streaming applications and services...
