Rackspace adds Fanatical Support for Azure and Office 365 in 12 Asian markets

Rackspace will offer Fanatical Support for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 in 12 markets across Asia, in addition to existing services in Australia.

Rackspace will work with customers to help them speed their deployment of Microsoft cloud technologies. Blending automation and the expertise of Microsoft-certified engineers and architects, Fanatical Support will deliver professional services, including migration, managed services and support for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 on a 24x7x365 basis. This will include application and infrastructure architecture guidance, best practice management templates, security support, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and more.

Fanatical Support for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 is available in 12 markets across Asia Pacific: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Macau, Philippines, Bangladesh, Brunei, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

Rackspace support for Azure and Office 365 includes:

· Fanatical Support with Azure Bundle – Azure infrastructure and support.

· Fanatical Support for Azure – support-only solution for customers that already use Azure infrastructure. Available in two service levels: Navigator, for customers looking to maintain exclusive operational control, but benefit from Rackspace expertise and tooling; and Aviator, for customers who want Rackspace to fully manage their Azure environments.

· Fanatical Support for Office 365 – tier-one support for Microsoft Office 365 Business Essentials, Business, Business Premium, ProPlus, Enterprise E1 and Enterprise E3.
