Automic Software is a 2017 Gartner Leader for application release automation

Automic Software, a business automation software provider owned by CA Technologies, has been named a leader in the 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Application Release Automation. The report ranks 13 total vendors on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.

According to Gartner, “application release automation solutions are used to improve both the speed and the quality of application releases that are critical to enabling improved business performance.*” The company estimates that "by 2020, 50% of global enterprises will have implemented at least one application release automation solution, up from less than 15% today.**”

CA Automic Release Automation is a flexible and scalable environment-agnostic release automation solution which delivers out-of-the-box support for large enterprise commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications such as the offerings of Siebel or SAP. As an automation platform CA Automic Release Automation is designed to enable enterprises to integrate application release automation (ARA) functions with workload automation, IT process automation and service orchestration tools.
