ESET, an endpoint security player, is the Bronze Award winner of the 2017 Gartner Peer Insights Customer Choice Awards for Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP)*.
The awards are a ranking of vendors by verified end-user professionals – which includes IT professionals or business users who have had experience purchasing, implementing or using the enterprise solution they are reviewing. The awards take into account both the number of end-user reviews, and the overall user ratings.
ESET ranked within the top four cyber-security companies offering the best endpoint security solutions based on end user reviews. A total of 116 enterprise-grade users scored ESET Endpoint Security 4.7 out of 5 across all criteria, praising the solution for integration and deployment, ease of deployment, service and support, timeliness of vendor response, and quality of technical support. IT managers in manufacturing and services said that the solution offered “great protection for our company without stress” and that it had “easy installation and management of clients”.
When commenting on customer support, users said it was “very accommodating (for) employees regarding services” and “excellent vendor and support. Willing to provide additional assistance when necessary in order to help maintain business continuity.”
Reviews from enterprise-grade users included:
“Solutions and support are cost-effective and very efficient. The platform is complete, and provides tools to enhance company security and ease of administration,” according to an IT Manager in the finance industry.
“ESET manages my endpoint security needs and frees up my Security Administrator's time,” said a CIO in the finance industry.
