The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) National Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign – Cyber Tips 4 You was launched today.

CSA's second national campaign focuses on encouraging the adoption of four cyber habits:

- Use antivirus software

- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

- Spot signs of phishing and

- Update software as soon as possible.

With passwords being the key to our confidential information online, the CAFÉ  - which also stands for Cybersecurity Awareness For Everyone - event is set in what looks like a cafe. Visitors to the CAFÉ picked up useful tips on creating strong and memorable passwords while enjoying a cup of kopi or teh (coffee or tea, made the local way) on the house when they complete the journey.

Three telcos, M1, Singtel and StarHub, were present at the event to offer antivirus advice and promotions.

Visitors also played a game, developed by students of Nanyang Polytechnic, to find out how cybersavvy they are.
