Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahaibi, Chief of Business and Wholesale Officer at Ooredoo said, “As the sultanate’s digital partner of choice, we are always eager to provide our customers with digital access to our services. Ooredoo’s business oriented products have redefined the operating models of organisations by providing the tools that are required to excel in today’s fast-paced world.”
The app enables all employees of a company to view their own accounts, pay personal bills, top-up credit, add roaming services and manage loyalty points and redeem them. Al Wahaibi added: “Our business app was designed to offer our customers seamless digital solutions to manage their telecoms accounts from their handsets, so that they can make the right business decisions and stay ahead in today’s competitive marketplace.”
The next version of the app will grant a company’s telecoms-admin access to more options such as the management of base plans, bundles and add-ons, approving telecoms requests sent by employees and the ability to bar/unbar telecom lines as well as the management of the company’s Nojoom loyalty points and redemptions.
