The entrepreneurs are fulfilling a Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan order to produce 50,000 units by the beginning of the academic year. The battery-powered netbook is trilingual in Turkmen, Russian, and English. Content on the device will include exercises in the sciences, music, computer games, and a calculator.
Assembly of Chinese components is ongoing at the Turkmenkabel plant, with 50 staff. Plastic injection molding capabilities are also available, for moulded plastic chassis of future products.
Aydin gijeler also has experience with producing LED lamps, and has assembled 2 million items in the past two years.
