Element AI joins forces with AI Singapore

Element AI, a company that delivers artificial intelligence (AI) software at scale, has announced a preferred partner relationship with AI Singapore (AISG), a national government initiative designed to anchor deep capabilities in AI to support Singapore’s Smart Nation efforts. 

The partnership signals continued Element AI expansion as it focuses on product implementation while also extending its collaborative, non-predatory model to the Singapore research community. As a new strategic partner of AISG, Element AI will help local enterprises discover and define AI applications in the areas of supply chain and financial services.

“Element AI is rapidly accelerating its product offering as industry races to adopt and implement artificial intelligence,” said Element AI CEO Jean-Francois Gagne. “Joining forces with AISG is a natural fit as Singapore looks to advance their Smart Nation initiative and Element AI expands its product offering in supply chain and finance.

AI Singapore and Element AI will collaborate through AI Singapore’s 100 Experiment programme where they will jointly develop AI products and solutions for the local industry. As part of this collaboration, Element AI will colocate part of its team with AI Singapore in the newly-launched innovation4.0 building at the National University of Singapore (NUS). 

“Together with Element AI, we are ready to seize new opportunities that will strengthen AI innovation in Singapore,” said Professor Ho Teck Hua, Executive Chairman of AI Singapore. “Investment in knowledge transfer and our local talent pool alongside Element AI will foster industry adoption efforts and help drive our Smart Nation initiatives forward.”

AI Singapore brings together all Singapore-based research entities, AI startups and companies developing AI products to collaborate and grow AI knowledge, tools, and talent crucial to the development and deployment of AI products and smart digital technologies.
