Razer, NIO announce limited edition smart electric vehicle for China

Razer, the global lifestyle brand for gamers and NIO, a global manufacturer of smart electric vehicles, have announced a cross-platform collaboration that begins with the release of the Razer-branded NIO x Razer ES6 Night Explorer.

There will only be 88 units of the limited edition ES6 Night Explorer for the Chinese market. NIO and Razer say they jointly enable future models of smart electric vehicles with ambient lighting powered by Razer Chroma RGB. With Razer Chroma RGB, users will be able to tap into the ambient RGB lighting controls of NIO smart electric vehicles.

Razer Chroma RGB is the world’s largest lighting ecosystem for gamers, supporting over 500 devices. It is integrated with over 130 of the top PC games of today. Razer Chroma lighting for smart cars will enable customisable lighting effects for the passenger compartment, audio visualisation features, synchronisation and game integrations.
