In the next five years, OPPO will increase its investment in production and manufacturing by RMB4 B, covering improvements in the manufacturing process, product quality, labour efficiency and green capabilities.
The company has 10 smart manufacturing centres worldwide, located in China, India, Indonesia, Algeria, Bangladesh, and Turkey.
Its most advanced production line is the Find N2 Flip production line, which is 25 m longer than the other flagship product lines. The production line can produce about 3,000 Find N2 Flips per day, an average of five units per minute. Assembly and testing are both handled along the line.
