Zoom has announced its new office space in Singapore, which has been designed for a dual purpose: to showcase the Zoom platform and to empower hybrid work across in-person, remote, and distributed teams.
The space features an Experience Hub and an Engagement Hub, each purpose-built to serve different needs while complementing each other within a cohesive environment.
The Zoom Experience Hub offers a fully personalised, immersive journey for customers. Featuring advanced technology, thoughtful design, and dynamic content, the environment aims to make every interaction meaningful.
The space showcases how Zoom’s latest innovations across its open platform deliver human connection and facilitate digital storytelling. Some of the solutions on display during the launch included the Zoom AI Companion, designed to help users get more done, do their best work, and strengthen relationships; Zoom Team Chat, Zoom’s persistent team collaboration and messaging hub; and Zoom Mail & Calendar Client, which connects Gmail or Microsoft 365 email accounts to Zoom.
The Engagement Hub, on the other hand, is a space for Zoom’s employees and supports a variety of workstyles, empowering hybrid work across in-person, remote, and distributed teams.
Zoom also has an Experience Hub in Tokyo.
