Appistoki opens Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence in the Philippines
Appistoki, a Novare Channel Partner, has launched the Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at the Novare headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The CoE will serve as a joint innovation hub, where the two companies collaborate to co-develop new applications. It aims to help organisations in the Philippines better understand and implement agentic AI in practical and scalable ways across business operations and customer experience.
The new facility will serve as Appistoki’s dedicated innovation space for Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, and Data 360, Salesforce’s native data engine, showcasing how organisations can unify their data and leverage AI agents to improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and create more connected digital experiences. It will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organisations exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives.
The CoE will focus on the real estate industry including use cases such as intelligent lead engagement, personalised property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support. Accounting for over 5% of the Philippines' GDP, the real estate sector is primed for sustained momentum following a 6.8% year-on-year expansion in Q126. Harnessing AI will be pivotal to unlocking this next phase of growth by driving operational efficiency, data-driven customer acquisition, and personalised buyer engagement.
“We wanted to create a space where organisations can experience AI in action. Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate,” said Abhijeet Kulkarni, Founder and CEO, Appistoki.
“Novare is committed to delivering purposeful and enterprise-ready AI solutions for Filipino companies. AI should create a meaningful impact for both businesses and people. This initiative reflects our commitment to helping organisations adopt AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and outcome-driven,” said Victor Silvino, CEO, Novare Technologies.
According to Paul Carvouni, Senior VP and GM, Salesforce ASEAN: "Business success in the Philippines will be defined by organisations that move beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes. Our collaboration with Appistoki on this CoE reinforces our commitment to equipping Filipino businesses with the technology and expertise needed to turn AI ambition into real competitive advantage. Together, we are leading the shift to agentic transformation across the region."
Appistoki and Salesforce have worked together to drive successful AI and data initiatives across a myriad of industries including real estate, banking and telecommunications.
“Appistoki has been a critical part of our Salesforce journey. We're taking that journey to the next level — using AI on top of the data we've built on Salesforce to unlock more value from our investment and our partnership with Appistoki," said Roscoe M. Pineda, CIO, Ayala Land, one of the Philippines’ leading real estate developers.
Appistoki has made significant investments in building dedicated Salesforce capacity – spanning industry-focused accelerators, Salesforce certifications, live experience demos, and more. Appistoki is also part of the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, delivering the engineering depth required to help customers bridge the gap between AI ambition and a production-ready agentic workforce.
Appistoki was named the ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second year running, at the Salesforce Partner of the Year Awards in May 2026 in recognition of delivering transformative solutions that drive business outcomes for customers across the region. The company was also named the In-Country Excellence Partner of the Year in the Philippines.
