Flytxt, an analytics solution provider for communication service providers (CSPs), has released a best practices reference guide on big data analytics.
The guide includes a complimentary Gartner report titled 'Market
Insight: Calculating the Value of CSP Customer Data', which observes that "communications service providers are currently working on
long-term strategies to maximise the value of their customer data. An
average CSP could potentially generate US$300 million a year in additional margins."
The guide also contains an exclusive article in which Dr. Vinod Vasudevan, Flytxt CEO, disusses how CSPs can potentially
