“This new state of the art customer experience centre will differentiate Eaton in the market and provide exceptional service to our most discerning customers,” said Brooke Lang, VP and GM, Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Sector — Asia-Pacific. “This facility enables customers to test complex integrated systems before they are installed at their site.”

The CEC gives visitors the opportunity to experience real-life electrical conditions in a controlled environment. This includes training, test observation, product demonstrations, and learning about the most advanced approaches to power quality, energy management, and arc flash safety – showcasing Eaton’s power management expertise.
The CEC builds on Eaton's existing investments in Shenzhen, which include manufacturing and engineering facilities that serve the Asia Pacific and global markets.
