"Over the years, we have built over 5,000 homes for people in suburban Singapore. Most homeowners will create memories for a lifetime in their Qingjian property. We believe that it is important, as a developer, to understand the scale of home buyers decision and transition to their new home and lifestyle. Therefore, we want to be able to support this journey beyond the handover,” said Li Jun, General Manager, Qingjian.

Its new HiLife mobile app, for Android and iOS devices, will soon allow Qingjian homeowners to book events or services for the home among other digital services. Riversound Residence homeowners will be the first to use HiLife at the Riversound Residence temporary occupation permit (TOP) celebration on 27 June.

“It was crucial for us to gain a deeper understanding of the way our homeowners live, so that the mobile application can add value to their lives. For instance, with 89% of homeowners preferring to book facilities within the development via their smart devices, we ensured that the booking interface is user-friendly and efficient.

"Seventy-six percent of homeowners are keen to engage beauty services as close to home as possible, so our app enables them to easily find service providers that make house calls, and even make arrangements for ‘beauty pool’ with other residents!” said Charles Ji, Product Director and Co-founder, HiLife.

The app was built by HiLife Interactive by Qingjian, a new Qingjian subsidiary set up in April 2015 to support homeowners as they transition to their new homes. Helmed by Li, it manages the flagship HiLife mobile app as well as events for homeowners.
