Lim is responsible for accelerating business growth, optimising sales coverage and building the partner ecosystem across Asia South, a key growth region for CA Technologies which comprises of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other countries in ASEAN. Lim reports directly to Kenneth Arredondo, President & GM of Asia Pacific & Japan, CA Technologies.
A veteran with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Lim most recently served as MD of South East Asia for BMC Software. He has held key leadership positions including country manager of Singapore and the lead of the solutions specialisation team for Asia Pacific over the course of his 16-year tenure at BMC Software. Prior to that, Lim was with TMT Technology.
“With our commitment to and focus on accelerating growth in Asia South, we are pleased to have Nick, an accomplished veteran, join our senior leadership team,” said Arredondo. “Nick has extensive experience in enterprise software sales covering the ASEAN markets. His impressive track record of exceeding targets and building successful teams will help drive CA’s market leadership in this region.”

Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing & Information Systems awarded by the University of London.
