SR Supply, an enterprise communication consultancy and Ericsson-LG Enterprise, which provides telecommunication systems for businesses, launched Ericsson-LG’s IP telephony platform in Singapore last Friday.
The iPECS Solutions portfolio comprises traditional IP PBX systems as well as terminals that include wireless solutions and unified communications solutions for all sizes of enterprises.
Said Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s Chief Executive Jae Ryung Lee: “In today’s increasingly networked society, enterprises need a solution that caters to their diverse needs and at the same time, ensure that their staff are connected. SR Supply is responsible for marketing and distributing the iPECS Solution in Singapore. The company will be working closely with Ericsson-LG to expand its reach to more SMEs in hospitality, mobility and contact centres. The partnership also includes developing new innovations in unified communications that expand the iPECS Solution portfolio.
“In addition to being able to help businesses communicate better, we will also be able to help SMEs leverage the government’s Productivity and Innovation Credit Scheme, which will allow them to enjoy tax deductions and cash payouts for investments in innovation from now until 2018,” said Gary Gay, Director of SR Supply.
In Singapore, iPECS supplies MyRepublic with SIP* Trunking Services. "The right solution requires the right equipment, which is why MyRepublic is proud to partner with iPECS in rolling out our SIP trunking services," said Walter Klomp, Head of Value Added Services, MyRepublic.
