Exhibitors at the Adobe Symposium 2016 in Singapore, all marketing experts, were on point when it came to attracting delegates. Socks and coffee were quite popular:

Translations.com had freshly-brewed coffee, tea and two specialty drinks. The TransPerfect company specialises in Website translation, legal translation, patent translation, certified translation, software localisation, website localisation, globalisation management system (GMS) software products, and enterprise-level, professional translation services. TransPerfect's flagship GlobalLink translation management software, which manages translation, review, and content deployment processes, saw a record-setting 40% increase in unit sales in 2015, and as of July 2016 has recorded an additional 35% increase in new deployments for 2016.
