Given its success of the digital, infrastructure-light model in Singapore, Circles.Life has decided to respond to invitations from regional telcos to expand in their countries. Singapore's fourth postpaid operator and the only digital telco has finalised expansion plans for 2017 with Indonesia and Hong Kong as the next target markets.

To head international expansion and operations, Circles.Life has brought in Donald Chan as the new Director of International, Rameez Ansar, Circles.Life Co-Founder and Director said. Donald was COO for Clifford Capital, a specialist provider of structured finance solutions. Chan has also worked for Temasek Holdings and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Peng T. Ong, a tech investor who is MD of Monk's Hill Ventures noted, “Circles.Life’s digital platform has leveraged the latest technology to reinvent the telco stack. This innovative Singapore-built model has tremendous scalability to other markets and it’s great to have someone like Donald leading it.”
