Qingjian Realty South Pacific Group (Qingjian Realty) has upped the ante for the Singapore property market with Bukit Batok’s first mixed-use development, one which comes with a smart technology-empowered integrated living experience.
“Qingjian Realty is constantly listening to what the homeowners want. Le Quest will meet their expectations of a new, integrated living experience that can only be possible with a mixed-use development. We seek out leaders in their respective niches and find new ways to elevate the living experience of homeowners. At Le Quest, we are working closely with our partners and tenants so that all tenants can enjoy this seamless lifestyle with heightened convenience using just their smart mobile devices,” said Li Jun, Executive Director, Qingjian Realty.

Yen Chong, Deputy GM, Qingjian Realty, added that the company wishes to revitalise the way home owners live. "We are exploring the possibility to partner our tenants, close to a hundred of them, to cater to the daily needs of home owners," she said.
Le Quest features 516 private residential units with over 6,000 square metres of commercial space. Two commercial tenants have already been announced, Koufu to run the food court in Le Quest, and supermarket brand NTUC, which will offer Bukit Batok’s largest NTUC Fairprice Finest at the property. Le Quest will also house a childcare centre that will provide both child care and infant care services, with priority placement for residents.
Qingjian Realty is going all out with technology for Le Quest. A smart food court run by Koufu will feature all of the recent innovations that the operator has launched, including a smart ordering system, cashless payment and automated food delivery to tables. Koufu has shared that they are considering developing a robotic kopi barista for greater efficiency, as well as a smart unmanned food delivery system to Le Quest tenants that relies on smart sensors.
All units at Le Quest will be equipped with a basic Smart Home System as standard. Qingjian Realty has installed Smart Home Systems for earlier developments, but these were optional. For greater peace of mind while residents are at work, Qingjian is also exploring how parents can look in on their children remotely at the integrated childcare centre through hiLife, Qingjian’s long-term smart home-&-community support system.
Le Quest is minutes by car from Singapore’s future second Central Business District (CBD), the 360ha Jurong Lake District and the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) terminus.
