The smart homes at Le Quest by Qingjian Realty South Pacific Group (Qingjian Realty) have received an overwhelming response, selling out within hours on August 5. The 200 intelligent residential units released at the mixed-use development were snapped up within hours, with a total of 280 units sold at the end of the first day of launch.
Le Quest will house 516 studio and one- to four-bedroom units and over 6,000 sq m of commercial space. The residential units were transacted at an average of S$1,280 per sq ft. Studio to three-bedroom units were the most popular among buyers.
