Aftershock PC, Singapore’s premier PC builder, has unveiled Aftershock Endgame – a large-scale upgrade project that signals a fresh direction for Aftershock PC as it embarks on its 10th year of operations.
Aftershock Endgame's upgrades comprise three new facilities headlining the company's new HQ: a 7,000 sq ft experiential centre slated to be the largest dedicated custom PC production and experiential space in Singapore, an 11,000 sq ft production bay, and an expanded 8,000 sq ft Aftershock Service Centre. The revamped HQ will span a total of 41,000 sq ft once completed.
The experiential centre will let users truly understand all facets of their PC ecosystem as a cohesive whole, Aftershock PC said, providing a comprehensive range of options across varying price points and product categories. Beyond acting as a product showcase for PC peripherals and gaming furniture, the Aftershock Endgame experiential centre aims to build awareness about how every element of a customer’s PC setup fits into the system and interacts with other elements. Users will be able to see why particular monitors must be matched with specific graphics cards for example, or how their desk contributes to ergonomics.
Customers can also look forward to thematically-furnished areas that range from a work-from-home oasis to a gaming sanctuary and even a fully-kitted streamer setup. A new Upgrade Bay will introduce on-demand parts upgrades for Aftershock desktops and laptops, presented at extremely competitive rates. The highly-anticipated new service is exclusive to owners of Aftershock PC machines.
“Aftershock’s journey has been far from easy, and we are truly humbled to be able to launch this new venue as we celebrate our 10th anniversary this year,” said co-founder Marcus Wee.
“As its name suggests, the Aftershock Endgame project envisions a new paradigm for PC experiences, and emphasises our ethos of driving new innovations in the local PC industry; from offering award-winning products to delivering unparallelled purchase and service experiences.”
This continuing commitment to customer care has led to a new, expanded service centre which houses Singapore’s largest dedicated PC service team of 45 full-time staff, available six days a week. The investment is poised to raise the bar for local service expectations through improved turnaround times for Aftershock’s Live Chat service, support functions, and repairs.
