Tech Data to streamline access to Dell AI solutions in Singapore

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, and Dell Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to accelerate access in Singapore to the Dell AI Factory, and its portfolio of products, solutions and services optimised for AI workloads.

The Dell AI Factory features products, solutions, and services tailored for AI workloads—from desktop to data centre to cloud.

With this agreement, Tech Data will establish a Center of Excellence to showcase use cases with Dell AI Factory solutions. Tech Data will also collaborate with independent software vendors (ISVs) to deliver prevalidated, end-to-end AI solutions. These offerings combine Dell’s advanced infrastructure with optimised software, simplifying AI deployments for partners and empowering them to engage customers confidently and address evolving market needs.

Tech Data’s Destination AI programme will further support partners with training, technical guidance, and pre- and post-sales services, accelerating their AI readiness and driving sustainable business growth.

To further strengthen the AI ecosystem, Tech Data will onboard additional ISVs, enhancing the Dell AI Factory with specialised software solutions that complement Dell’s technology. This will help enable customers with a broader set of AI-ready solutions and ensure greater adaptability to the unique needs of various industries, the company said.

The MoU was signed by Tan and Gupta on 29 October 2024.
