Salesforce reaffirms commitment to Singapore as a leading AI and data hub

- Launch of AI Innovation Hub in the Salesforce office

- Data & AI Centers of Excellence with partners

Salesforce and its partners continue to invest in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region to spur innovation and accelerate AI adoption. The developments follow the company's commitment in 2025 to invest US$1 B in its Singapore business through 2030 to accelerate the nation’s digital transformation and Agentforce adoption.

Salesforce has shared that it will unveil an AI Innovation Hub in its Singapore office in June, purpose-built for customers and partners to co-innovate, test, and rapidly deploy Agentforce. The AI Innovation Hub will feature space for hands-on demos, Agentforce activations, and AI fluency training initiatives – an immersive environment designed to accelerate AI adoption across the region.

This year, Salesforce will also be collaborating with Accenture, PwC Singapore, and Huron respectively to develop centres of excellence (CoEs) for data and AI innovation in Singapore. The CoEs will bring together partners’ deep implementation expertise and Salesforce’s trusted and unified platform to help businesses in Singapore accelerate their journey toward becoming Agentic Enterprises.

The CoEs will serve as joint innovation hubs where the companies will collaborate to develop new applications, and capability development centres providing hands-on training on Agentforce and strengthening delivery capabilities.

Together with its partners, Salesforce further plans to launch more data and AI CoEs in Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia this year.

Singapore’s recently-announced Economic Strategy Review reinforced how AI is reshaping the country’s economic journey in a more complex global environment, and ways it can strengthen its global competitiveness to achieve intentional growth for businesses and people. Against this backdrop, new IDC research commissioned by Salesforce projects S$78.4 B in cumulative agentic AI economic impact for Singapore by 2030.
